It is because there is no staff online. Like I said there is a minimal staff running this show, so when you open a page it goes into the qeue which means nothing if there isn't any staff online

Might have something to do with this game being Free 2 Play, and the staff being smaller then games like, WoW. Patience man, get it. Or make a post on here about something and the community can try and help, and given enough spotlight, the GMs will come when they can.
