I've literally lost nothing of consequence. But I see people lose shit all the time, and I've been relentlessly chased around WBB by a dude trying to get a couple of my arrows or regs a few times. I couldn't care less about that. What I care about is this template has no downside, no risk at all...
1. Let's discuss the risk you assume as a thief...
...none. You assume zero risk as a thief, because your template requires no resources to skill up, no equipment or resources to implement, with the sole expenditure you make being your time, which on this shard is laughable considering the skill...
Kryss (vanq) x2

sorry not very good +'s
So stealing is pretty absurd right now. Not only do thieves risk nothing when stealing, particularly at WBB but they can do it while mounted, and therefore run/hide near infinitely. I chased a thief for fifteen minutes in Brit, to no avail because he can zoom around on an ethy and hide/stealth...
Title says it all...

Pretty straightforward suggestion, take away the 10k gold fee for each Commit. Custom housing requires fine tuning sometimes to get things right, and the tool doesn't allow you to interact with your design in real terms until it has been committed.
It's a silly gold sink that serves no purpose...
Really more talking about max bids. I played a bit yesterday, but at 25k buy in, and people pushing 10k bids like crazy it prices new players out of the game. Personally happy to not win as much cash if it means I don't have to get bullied off the table on every hand. Not uncommon to see 10k...
I'd suggest having different tables with different buyins/bet limits. Current one is kind of high roller, and people with big bank rolls regularly bully any small guys off the table with huge bets. That's fine for the big table, but one of the small ones should serve folks who just want to play...
Only issue I have with Parry right now is the decay rate on AR when fighting is absurd. I repaired my invuln heater, fought one dragon and engaged a shadow wyrm and had lost 15 AR already. It's not always this bad, but sometimes it's absurd.
