CL/MS when cast upon 1 target = 30~ dmg, 2 target =15~ dmg, 3+ targets 4~ dmg. Sounds like aoe to me?

Making it to where MS and CL are not useless spells =P also editing the fact that they do not act like other aoe spells IE- field "aoe" spells do not affect your party/guild members

We should get the staff to either increase the drop rate or create more areas for savages. They are a great resource but the drop rate is like 1 in 30 or so, and with only 1 spawn area and half of them spawn in a house, I think we should increase the drop rate @Shane @Adam
