If you're talking bone armor, its unlikely. Most people don't use bone however. At 110 tailoring, its pretty easy to get all exceptional leather as the lowest chance for normal is something like 2% If you're still looking for one, I can hit you up if I get a BOD for a kit.

I'll have to pass. The armor sets can sell for around 25-30k alone, the kits can sell for 125k each... Like I said, you got a great deal before :)

What type of weapons/armor are you looking for? I've got some Runic Spined leather armor made as well as a few Shadow runic weapons.
