So for a 2 story 10x12, it sounds like I should expect north of 100k? just for basic floors, ceilings, roof? Is that right?

I'm looking for a starter home, mediumish size.... the 2 story villa is nice, maybe slightly bigger. But I'm debating between classic houses and custom built. How expensive is it to build a custom home once you place the plot? I know it depends on the design, I'm just looking for ballparks...

NVM, I tried to re-install and chose "repair" on the Razor install, and now it's working. Not sure why it didn't set it up correctly the first time? But I'm good now :)
