I think it would be interesting to see all creatures(including humans) be able to become trophies. Also instead of just heads, maybe full animal trophies. This could be combined with 120 carpentry to make items more rare.

Yes to your question about skill and statcap. Only a handful of skills can get powerscrolls too, crafting and pvm skills. That can raise your skillcap to 720.
