As a fellow scribe and custom runebook maker, this is not out of line. I offer a full dungeon set (1 full book each dungeon, +2 extras) for 400k. Why? Because it takes about 16 hours of real play time to get it done (think about 3-4 days just marking rune locations whenever you log on)...
