Managed to craft one of these tonight. I haven't done testing to verify its better than a normal vanq bow, but if its like runic weapons it should be. No accuracy or durability modifiers on this bow. Lemme know what you think these will well for now and/or after the new wood bow market normalizes.

Have a 120 carp, will try tonight. Only new thing I saw was the new large containers that require 120 skill (still only 50% success rate) and 1000 logs. Haven't checked staves or instruments. Maybe shields might get bonuses too?

The modifers will be stated on the bow itself. It is common for a bow to retain the hue of the wood used and have no modifier. My assumption is that without the modifiers, these bows are no better than normal wood exceptional bows.

Oak and ash woods usually yield accurate, ruin, or durable modifers (one or infrequently more than one) and higher quality woods seem to be quite variable in their bonuses. Even bloodwood and other harder to find woods granted minor to large bonuses like ruin or plain accurate on the low end to...

Furthermore, when LJing woods are random on each tree. No set spawn points. A tree that gives frostwood once may give any other wood when it respawns.

Its not difficult to find, just very time consuming. I mined up ~30 pieces last night in about an hour. Even at 120 with +5 gloves I failed at least 4/5 of the time (10 seconds per attempt) No one really actively buys it to my knowledge though. As such, I would rather mine iron or val much faster.

A non-bannable and likely much appreciated (by server staff) alternative would be to purchase donation coins and sell them to players for gold. -what malkraven said.

As much as I want the scroll, I can't bid against torin because he revealed a few unknown val veins publicly. Im sure he'll get more out of it than I would. Good luck torin!
