Get http://lowerping.com/, choose ny/chicago server or whatever suites you best, press connect, start uo and login, watch "Game tunnel found" appear in Lowerping window, done. Well, affected by posts like "Lower Ping ist useless, trust me" I didnt try it. But now I did and it fixed my problem. Awesome! No more loss and ping 150-180ish.

And having a baaaaad connection? Or maybe you found a fix? My connection is getting worse and worse. Currently I'm having 30% packet loss and an average ping around 200ish.. which wouldnt be toooo bad (still not good) if there wasnt the packet loss.
