Good no know guys, thx. Seems weird that between 100 - 105 it raises at a decent rate, then it instantly becomes so hard at 105. I've now chopped almost the same amount of wood as it took to get all the way from 100 to 105 and just had my first gain.

You can start getting Oak somewhere around 100.1 - 101.0 I think. 105.0 was the first time I was able to haul Ash.

There is an extensive one a couple screens Northwest from the Yew moongate as well.

Check out the NPC tanners in Yew, Minoc, or wherever else you prefer. There should be one is most cities. 7gp is usually what I'll buy at if I don't feel like killing a bunch of cows and deer all day. Never really bothered to look at player vendors for leather.
