There are no 'poison weapon deeds,' so I don't think this is really an option. However!! I do think these deeds would be pretty cool. Have to turn them into thief guildmaster in Bucc's or something and then you get a poisoned weapon. I could see this being pretty fun.

Yeah, macros/screen settings for UO are saved on a per-character basis, using the char name as the key. When this disguise wears off, you should be able to relog and get your macros back. I would recommend porting your hotkeys to razor, though. Easier to transfer them between chars...
