I would have to disagree with part of the original post. Trinsic is not sweltering hot. In fact, all of Britannia stays more on the cold side than anything except for the dungeons and things like such.

It's just a small house on the lot, but there is room for a a little larger custom house. I placed this small house after a larger custom house collapsed. It's very close to the gate. I don't need a vendor house so offering to someone who does.
