Check all the usual stuff, make sure you don't have all skills pointing up while at 700 skill cap. Eat and drink. More than likely you have a skill pointing up that needs to be down so you can start again.

+1 With all the issues arising recently I would also agree that rebanning uos seems the way to go.

Like Shane said, they need examples(names, actions, etc.) but do not post anything that's being abused on the forums, it's best to send them a pm regarding such things.
