I was told that also and had my second account stripped of young status killing ettins last month. Also can't wear shadow plate I guess because that's considered end game armor. It was exceptional armor crafted by a friend. Had a respond exceptional mace too.

Kushion its next to ETC mall. People gate to here constantly. If by chance they are not on top of the bank gating people just ask someone to gate you there almost everyone in game knows where this is at. If you would like to make the run I will attach a pic of the location on the map.
