Get a player to give you a runebook with a few hunting spots and then buy a bunch of recall scrolls. You'll be rolling in it as long as you jump back and forth.
It doens't do anything once you reach a certain skill level. After you release a creature and retame it... it doesn't provide have as much required skill to retame. What would take a week, would take months that way.
There's been about a dozen people jumping onto irc complaining about having lost over a mil in trades from getting exploited at the docks by several people but primarily... even a guy claiming he lost a relic. Basically a few people have even already rage quited and probably won't be coming...
Unless the people server side have never played UO... they won't really be able to understand the lag if they watch a video... but its a sudden very short burst of intermittent lag while moving.
20 in any skill... isn't very much.

What would you do with those extra 20 skill points out of curiosity?
Also remember. Wood is pretty cheap and easy to get. Wooden chests are more likely to be popped than crates because small crates are obviously suspicious.
If you aren't bothered with grabbing magic items or whatnot... you can load some ore into the crate so they cant recall after grabbing it...
Throw regs into an picked tinker trap box. As long as you have autosearch off, you can keep your regs in the box and they'll still be usable. You can also throw loot into a box then telekinesis the box later.
Also... keep a hidden character near you when farming... sometimes a red will kill...
