    Karma has nothing to do with being RED, in fact you can lock your karma so when you kill mobs it makes you Evil or Dread Lord. But only way to become red is to kill 5 blues.

    Max xp gain off one monster = total hp of mob (+10 % if mob is stonger than pet)

    I pretty sure you get 10% more xp for fighting creatures stronger than your pet.

    I pretty sure your meta looses the amount of XP based on the remaining hp of the mob that kills it (max of 10k xp loss)
