didnt read all this crap, but here is your solution (as mentioned by others) - LINK character stamina to mount stamina, AND enable more rapid stamina loss when hp's are low (people here can be redlined and still bolt, i literally think you have to be 1 hp for stamina to actually drop).

Was this intentional? if i drink a greater strength potions, my hps wont go past 100, even though my strength does. Please fix this, it is bad enough i get 48 hours when i die to horrible blue zergs that rely on numbers/targ closest, now i have 20 less hit points fighting these bad players....
