yeah I understand your point. I'm 90% sure i'm gonna miss the real halloween events because the timezones, but I think it was totally reasonable to throw in some halloween mobs and loot in the name of the halloween spirit to go with the huge IDOC event which just happened to take place in middle...

I'm from EU and it was like 9am here when IDOC fell. IDOCS aren't planned events so it wasn't technically in Shanes hands to decide when it happened :rolleyes:
