I know this won't be considered a bug but when I google uo forever forums and it brings me to http://www.uoforever.com/forum.php meanwhile the forums are in www.uoforum.com. Thought you guys might want to change the link so you don't waste money on google search results.
I have tested this in Glow at the armory and blacksmith shops, and also in the crafting area in Brit.
I was able to use the contract within the Brit smith building, but that still constitutes a bug. Def low priority, but please denote this issue.
I have two repair contracts, given to me while young. I go to use them and then insist that I need to be near a blacksmith. Well sorry to say that doesn't work.
