Be very careful too, just because the keep dimensions are 24x24, it doesn't mean a 24x24 can fit there. I found that out the hard way awhile back when I bought a keep with the intention of putting down a 24x24.

I understand the draw of a lvl 6 w/ the 3 relics, but you have no chance of selling this thing at the price you're advertising. Over the past week, a handful of 7s w/ all relics AND stone have sold for less than you're starting bid. It's your call, of course, but it would be in your best...
