i dont think it should be a relic chance in para chests, but i would support to add something better in those chests, cause the loot in para chests is a disappointment.

Put in alot of decoration drops on the harder monsters in the dungeons. there are buttloads of deco items available in ultima online, it should not be a problem to get those out in the monsters with a 1% drop rate. i would totally love to farm those.
