Check your razor macros. If you accidentally recorded walking in a direction and use that macro even once, it will make your client lag to hell until you restart.

This plot changed hands twice yesterday. Once to a guy who stripped the design and paragon chests, and then once to me. I really do only have 120k left in my bank, and a serious case of buyers remorse since I can't afford to make it look good.

I had this problem at first too, then I got some helpful advice: Move the frame with uo in it to the far left side of your uo window. The preview plot will start making sense after that.

Also, buy a house placement tool. Don't run around with a deed in your pack. When you find a spot, mark it, go back and get your deed, then place.

People pretend to be selling an ethereal horse or llama. In reality, they are transferring ownership of an actual horse named "EtherealHorse". The victim sees what looks like a horse statue in the trade window named "EtherealHorse" or something similar.
