I recall they all have to be attacking the same target. Also, at 20% bonus to mares, it may be too negligible to tell (24 as opposed 20, for example). On the other hand, 100% bonus on 5 canine pack instincts should be easily tested. Which leads me to my next question: what is the strongest 1...
