What is impossible about it if I may ask? I have a bloodwood exceptional bow of power. Can it not spawn with Vanquishing? Or maybe not with accuracy and damage?

Afaik you can get crafted runic bows with: Exceptional, Vanquishing and Supremely accurate on the same weapon. I'd like a heavy xbow with these properties if that is possible.

Does UOcartographer have this feature? This is what we used on my last server, it's essentially the successor to UOAM. Nobody seems to use it here though.

Making them account bounds hurts the game? But allowing defense talismans to be used by pk's doesn't? I didn't realize it would be so game breaking to transfer a talisman from a blue to a red instead of rolling another char. I mean, a new dexxer only takes 2 hours anyway right?

If all it does is teleport you to your target and strike, that doesn't seem beneficial at all, seems annoying if it's uncontrollable. All the other ones I've read about (leech, quench) seem so much better in comparison. Maybe I'm missing something though.
