just got my quest line to kill 100 evils...any tips of killing drakes, deamons, dragons etc?? they hit hard and finger keeps slipping to heal :/ journey to 100 kills gonna take forever

since sell agent is disable for selling quicker...is there an alternate way to selling lots of items quicker to vendor?
