I was in the middle of posting that I didn't mean it as in I was reporting it etc. It is somewhat unrealistic though considering you basically have to add the cost of an existing castle onto the 10m placement cost. I should also note that the castle is my only house and I've owned it for two...

30x30 on the west side of Wrong mountain approx. 10s run to Wrong champ spawn or Ice dungeon entrance. Water half a screen away if that's what you're into. 30m takes it. Price is what it is because it's the cost of a castle + the 30x30 placement cost.

I wouldn't even know a rough value of those items lol... the most tram I get on clothing/dono items is black sandals and charcoal pants.

Since we're heading into the weekend I will eliminate the 24hr after last bid if it is agreeable to those actively bidding. I can set an end time for later tonight or sometime tomorrow if you guys prefer.

I'm not worried about either of those situations.. already know it fits and it's a quiet area. It'd just be simpler to not have to move all my shit out of it if a swap can be done and all items dropped into the secure like customs do.
