You're neglecting the hassle (its UO, we're all lazy) it is to constantly have to buy/drink refresh pots (more annoying if you're rocking a 2h axe to 1-2 shot LL). Also, if you're carrying around 300 stones at all times... you're doing something wrong. This is why I value this item less than dbl...

I'm afraid you value you this way to high. Seen it go for under 3mil. (2-2.5). I'll keep this in mind if it's lowered.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but a potion is not always consumed (even after 2-4 charges are used up). Also, poison damage ticks do not give meta talisman exp. This should be addressed because I do not want to poison mobs and lose my potential exp. Sidenote - A 60 second cooldown is fine...

Double strike is definitely a "1 point wonder". As absolutely awesome as double strike is, leveling seems a bit silly. Lower cooldown and higher % chance to activate? It already activates really quickly at lvl 1. and 9-10 seconds lower cooldown just isn't that amazing. I feel like at lvl 7-10...
