I forget which file it is exactly, but this has to do with an issue that occasionally happens when installing UOF. Had this issue when I first got my 30x30. I'd recommend renaming your UOF folder so you have a backup, and try to reinstall.

Don't get me wrong, I love that I can use my runebook 100 times without recharging now. but to not have to carry 10 runebooks around would be so damn awesome

bought one off some guy for 250k a few weeks back. But I feel you could probably milk a bit more out of it

if you're leveling a zerker talisman, make sure you arn't wearing armor (except maybe slayer imbued newbie leather armor). - more armor, less xp if you're leveling the defense talisman, make sure you're wearing 100+ AR - less armor, less xp otherwise, i think you need to be primary damage...
