I'd forgotten about the different kinds of wood - maple, oak, bloodwood, frostwood . . . others I guess. Thinks for the reply - like I said, it's been a while. I played for a short time a few years back , but the game was so different. More is NOT always better! I'm looking forward to testing...

I've been away from UO for a VERY long time - played when it first came out. When a GM makes a bow, does it get the craftsman's name "Made by ****" ? Is the 'slayer' bow the only "improved" bow?
