When was the 2-day revert that gave accounts a 4th character slot? I'm a old player coming back and I played in late 2014-Jan 2015. Should my accounts be eligible? Were there any other restrictions? Currently whenever I try to create a 4th character on one of my accounts, the game locks at...

My Steam window is really small and I can't resize. I'm assuming this has something to do with resolutions, but change zoom and resolutions hasn't helped. Anyone have any thoughts?
