I've killed 2-3 dozen paragon Ettins and Trolls, but I haven't seen a single chest drop. Are they supposed to drop each time or is it rare? What exactly am I doing wrong? This is what the wiki says. I do receive 600-700 gold as opposed to the 100-160 I'm used to seeing, but no chests...

Same here. I died 3 times in 5-10 minutes when I first started cutting wood. I had no idea there would be snakes 1 shotting my non combat toon. Died in 1 hit too.
