I am asking if these skills are all linear to each other on this shard. What i mean by this, if i had 100 provo, 100 discord, or 100 peacemaking, do they all have the % chance on the same monster. In example: would i have a 50% chance on a lich lord, with 100 provo, 100 discord, and 100...
