How about if we have the option to double click on our monster statues and it will spawn that very monster as our tamed pet? For example, if I have a poison elemental statue, I would double click it and it would spawn a poison elemental as my pet and delete the statue in the process.

Idea #1: Imagine if we could plant reaper seeds and grow reapers and corpsers in our homes, they would not attack the home owner of course. Idea #2: Imagine if we could have teleporters that would teleport us to our different houses.
