Tailoring/Carp will be your cheapest. I would say less than a mill or around a mill to 120 that. Blacksmith to 115 is around 500k but the 120 ps is like 2 mill. Tinkering I do not remember exactly but to 115 pretty cheap, cheaper than blacksmith for sure but 120 scroll is in that 2+ mill range...
