I don't think anything has changed. And you have to be in the crafters area to get slayer on what you craft, regardless of what materials you use.

It's a 2% chance when you receive a Xmas chest that there is a Xmas colored statue in it. So I'm assuming there's gonna be a few out there. Still 100k min tho IMO. For all green/red cause they will no longer spawn shortly. Gl
