Stealth up to someone fighting a mob and drop it immediately as it does. It's pretty easy to do especially with tamers as they are usually a tile or two away front the mob when it dies.
This really seems to be what a lot of people do after mastering the pvm aspect of the game. I have never really gotten into pvp myself, but who knows- maybe one day.
I feel Ya on that one. It is definitely a grind. There is a point when you hit the 90s where it is actually more efficient time wise to farm with pets and buy the skill scrolls. When I did it, I had Provo maxed first so that I could switch things up gameplay wise when I got sick of taming things...
Depends on your taming level. If you are high enough to have other pets, then just release the hounds and have your pets kill them. Failing that, have the hounds attack other mobs.
I am right there with you. I currently have a level 6 with nearly maxed relics and I will probably stay there for the foreseable future due to the out of control 120 taming ps prices.
I would suggest Mobs that don't cast and that come in pairs. When I first started, arctic ogre lords were my bread and butter. Any rune library worth it's salt should have runes to them.
This is pretty much what I did. It should be said though, that once you can farm with drag/WW, it is more time efficient to use the gold that you obtain from Mobs to buy taming SS.
It depends on what level your pet is related to the hp of the mob it kills. If the mob hp is too low, you get less xp upon its death. Conversely, if you kill a mob with much more xp, you get a bonus. Typically I have seen this happen when killing paragons. The formula for this is floating around...
