Arms lore gives other bonuses- offensive to hit bonuses, though I am not 100% on this. Tailoring bonuses- negative.

It doesn't exist on this server. This is basically a Ren era shard with a hell of a lot of customizations.

I'm fairly certain you just created a new account on this server. Being able to pull an OSI/EA account on uoforever would truly be a sign of the impending apocalypse.
