If you take spell scrolls that are in a stack and then drop them on a spellbook that can hold said spell the spellbook won't take 1 of the scrolls out of the stack and add it to the book. So you have to individually separate one spell scroll from the stack and then drop it on the spellbook.

I think you could rebind those keys with auto hot key. I did that with alt tab so I'm sure it could work with alt enter too.
