1. Magery, Evaluating Intelligence (more damage), Mediation (regain mana faster) are the core ones you're gonna want 2/3. Yes, barbed leather armor or magic leather armor will allow you to meditate. Don't really use anything else.

Oh ok. I think you’re right that’s it 1 of 1 right now. There is a history of items going in raffles and the showing up on Dono vendor after. (Ex. War Dog ethy). So just wanted to confirm if this was specifically marketed as a 1 of 1 item in raffle. It appears the sb believes that to be true.
