I will say from my experience that well definitely boosts skill gain. I seen major differences while trying to GM taming. It could very well just be when you're full and not thirsty you get the best gains.

I do like this idea but I also see it becoming a problem with being spammed or trolled. It would have to coincide with an ingnore function as well.

Youngstar has a good point. Demand is definitely up. I do think it's mostly buyers that are cranking the price not the sellers so it might be less greed and more impatientance.
