If orc players are in the cave they might very well kill you. One of the orc player's houses is almost right next to the cave entrance. Maybe you can make a deal with them? Or find a time when they aren't playing. As a miner they may figure killing you isn't worth the time if you aren't...

Okay thanks! UPDATE: That worked, but when I went to my saved design the teleport tiles disappeared. However, I discovered I just have to redesign the house, and when I start over, I need to leave at least one teleport tile in place. Then I can access them. I don't know why I can't find...
