Nvm I have 98 stealth. It hasn't gone up in 12 hrs. I let it macro all night and I have the same skill. Why did it stop I'm also following the guide. Right now I'm not wearing anything besides a chain tunic

I think you can only have a skill thing of 700 unless you buy a power scroll
