Is there anything interesting that drops from these? I have seemed to amass a good amount of them, but haven't created a locking character yet.

I'm in the same boat.. I had recently found a +1 taming scroll, and sold it to pay for the 30 vanqs. Then I shelled out $40 to sell dono's, and would have loved to do more (poor scrub). Now I am chilling with a tad over a mill. Still not close to a relic.. The shiiiiz!?

With the Beserker Talisman is it best to have a crappy weapon so I can hit the monster a bunch of times? If that's not the case is a Slayer weapon the best option?
