No I read your post correctly the first time through. The point i was making was that if Person A attacks Person B (red, blue, grey, whatever color) who doesn't attack back, Person B has no mount stam loss but Person A does. Sounds unbalanced and screwy.

Sounds great except that it should be enabled for all mounts for all peeps. With your idea, a red could run forever if you bluebies wanted to actually fight back and vice versa. Seems like a gimp mechanic as you suggested would make a gimp server.

Not really. I like the other suggestion better for unlimited potion stacking. Large keg capacity isn't very forward thinking tbh.

I am saying that you have no clue. In 2013 it used to be no pot throwing with 2h weapons, then it was changed for the better. Prior to that dexxors were complete shit in most pvp. Splash damage in its current form could be slightly tweaked, but again, not how you are envisioning it with it...
