If something cannot sell for a higher price, and you accept a lower price, that is the value it's worth.
If it sold for 6m. It sold for above market value for a similar size house. Perhaps because of the location, which seems slightly better then average.
YOU believe that is the value. However, You're wrong.. The value is what someone is willing to pay. I paid 3 mill for my 18x18, no block, no cut home. At the time that was a decent deal. They were selling for 2.5-3.5.
If everyone was to try and sell an 18x18 for 9m right now...

Provoke is not as good as Taming, or Any Talisman. It's like a 4th best way to farm. Honestly, if you look at who is making money it's NOT provokers.

IF there was no Demand at 18m, demand doesn't go up when the price goes up. It's the opposite. Someone failed Economics 101.

How is that no blockage btw? I'm trying to understand what people consider "no blockage" . I thought was when none of the home was "blocked" by another home. Like the South West corner is covered.
