Or a related idea, how about a hunting dog that can use Tracking for you? Except he could only see on your current screen, whereas people with GM tracking can now (due to recent update) track up to 80 tiles away. This would be a cool way to add something new to the game (dono/gold sink vendor)...

Edit: flube retracted bid, thought it was legendary crafting cannon that attacks other players. This is dono item, fires cannon balls/explosions at ground or water with FX and sound but does not deal damage to players
