Good point. I wonder if there is a way to differentiate between being paralyzed from a field spell and paralyzed from a single target spell in the code. Probably not. And then we would have inconsistencies between the two types of paralyze spells even if we could. I'm gonna think about this...
Additionally you could stop suggesting that just because my guild doesn't want to recruit the entire server like yours does that we are all anti social people who should find some friends.
I'm not sure if this is possible, but I think a good change that would benefit smaller pvp groups would be to retain your spell cursor when paralyzed and using the [pouch command.
I think this change would help balance things for smaller groups who are facing zerglings that like to para spam...
I'm 100% sure. I double checked it while I was actually fighting in the tourney, double checked it after the match had ended, and double checked it when I was testing it out again the day after. And I didn't set the template after I had already entered the duel, it was already set beforehand...
Skill gain rate is not determined by how many other skill points you already have, i.e. you will gain any skill just as fast whether you have 100 skill points or 600.
It's not the equipment that was the problem, though. I tested the axe out in the pits today and for some reason the damage there is just bugged as fuck. Axe works fine outside of the pits. Actually, it works fine inside the pits as well as long as you are not using [templates to set skills...
