I would agree with Ric Savage, as far as I know, It has no impact on casting EV's. It doesn't effect the damage nor the duration.

If you open your paperdoll, double click the thing above your head, then when gump comes up, click the top right tab,Triangle with a guy in it. It will tell you there all the information you need to know, Game time played, Account age etc..
