Start by writing something concrete and coherent. Your OP is just a soup of random ideas.
For example your idea of explo pots needing alchemy and tactics. This would nerf alchy mages but leave alchy dexers intact, even tho alchy dexers are already the strongest and easiest template to play 1vX...
I haven't tested this recently but provo was far superior to peace in pvm.
For leveling taming you will want music + peace, but eventually once you are done you can switch to provo.
Could drop vet (or resist) and get music + provo for a more pvm route or add eval to your current template for pvp.
Another thing that you need is the taming bible:

Keep in mind you don't need magery to recall around, you can use recall scroll charges from your runebook with 100% success.
I went full glass cannon on my provo archer;
100 provo
100 music
100 tactics
100 archery
100 anat
100 healing
100 hiding
100 100 25
Not taking in to account any skills:
Healpot can heal up to 30 hp every 10 sec.
Explo pot can deal up to 15 dmg every 5~ sec.
If you bring in alchemy i think it's more fair to compare it to bandages.
Bandages can heal up to 40~ dmg every 9~ sec
Explo pots deal up to 25 dmg every 5~ sec...
You are writing whine essays about a pvp system you self-admittedly dont care about. And ontop of that you are bad at UO. If that is what you define as having a life then ill pass.
Thanks for showing your true colors.
What kind of pleb cant adapt to 1 mechanic in a video game, tries to get it changed through whining, and then has the audacity to call others scrubs, laughable.
These methods work perfectly fine for me. Just come to terms with the fact that you are bad and...
