You can give this a shot: https://uoforum.com/threads/uo-auto-map-all-black-map-fix.95976/ Had the same problem until I followed those steps. Only issue is that housing doesn't show up. I think over time something changed with the map files or their naming conventions and F'ed up UOAM.
